Shipping
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $25 and we ship using Australia Post Express tubes to your door, if you are unavailable the courier will leave a note advising pick up destination. All of our art is art only and does not include any picture frames or stretcher bars.
Note: If you are paying by cheque or mail allow a few extra days for the payment to reach us and for your cheque to clear our bank.
Please allow
- 4 to 5 weeks for your art to be completed, allowed enough time to fully dry and then be shipped to you. We apologise for the delay but it is essential that the paintings dry properly before shipping.
Returns
If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the art to us and we will arrange a full refund of the purchase price. You will need to contact us by phone or email if you wish to make a return.
To avoid returns make sure you visit our Examples Of Actual Paintings page which has high resolution examples of art that we have in stock in our gallery and should give an accurate idea as to whether our reproductions are what you want.
