The sizes displayed on our website for hand painted oils are a guide only to the size of your finished artwork. The art is painted as close as possible to the stated size. Unlike photographs which have a set size, famous and contemporary artists on the other hand are able to paint to any size they wish.
Our artists need to keep the aspect ratio in proportion to the original and may need to vary the size slightly otherwise your painting would become distorted and would not match the original.
